Tonto Creek Trail is an adult RV and MHC community built around simple desert living, friendly neighbors, and the freedom to enjoy Tonto Basin at your own pace. Our property is smaller, relaxed, and easy to settle into, giving guests and residents a place that feels personal instead of crowded or overdone.


Here, the focus is on comfort, connection, and making everyday life a little easier. Whether someone is staying short-term, seasonally, or longer, we want Tonto Creek Trail to feel welcoming, well-kept, and true to the easygoing lifestyle people come here to find.

Tonto Creek Trail has a grounded, unpretentious feel that fits the pace of Tonto Basin. The property is laid out for real everyday use, with wide gravel roads, off-street parking, big-rig-friendly access, and full hook-up RV sites designed to make arrivals and longer stays more convenient. Each site includes a concrete slab beside the rig, giving guests a cleaner, more usable outdoor area instead of being surrounded by gravel alone. For those bringing extra gear, our on-site storage facility offers space for boats, RVs, or UTVs, keeping sites less crowded while still making it easy to access what you need for your next outing.
