Taking a few minutes to review our policies before booking helps ensure a smooth and comfortable experience at Tonto Creek Trail Adult RV Park. Our policies page covers everything you need to know about staying in our community, so you can arrive prepared and settle in with confidence. We want every stay to get off to a great start.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Daily Reservations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival are subject to a $35 cancellation fee or loss of the first-night deposit.
Weekly Reservations
Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will result in loss of the reservation deposit.
Monthly Reservations
Cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will result in loss of the reservation deposit.
No-Shows & Early Departures
No-shows and early departures are 100% non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.
Cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances and are subject to management approval.
